Dr. Steve Hawkins

Dr. Steve HawkinsDr. Steve Hawkins, a native of Gary, MN, graduated from Gary High School and completed his undergraduate studies at North Dakota State University. He earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Logan College of Chiropractic in St. Louis, MO in 1982. He also received a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Biology. Upon graduation he purchased his practice, New Ulm Chiropractic, in 1983. He has been in practice in New Ulm for 30 years and over that time has performed over 300,000 chiropractic adjustments.

Dr. Hawkins specializes in corrective chiropractic care with an emphasis on postural correction. He is also very committed to wellness care, and realizes that education and understanding of the chiropractic principles is vital to the ongoing health of his patients. He uses a very gentle low-force approach to this care, utilizing the activator adjusting instrument, gentle drop piece adjusting, and hands-on gentle manual adjusting procedures.

Dr. Hawkins is a member of the Minnesota Chiropractic Association, the World Chiropractic Alliance, and the New Ulm Chamber of Commerce. He and his wife Gayle have three sons. In his spare time, Dr. Hawkins enjoys golfing, bowling, and attending his sons’ sporting events.

Samantha Gappa

SamanthaGappaSamantha grew up on a hobby farm outside of Nicollet, MN and graduated from Nicollet High School. Samantha has worked in the health field for 7 years.

She has always had a passion for fitness and nutrition so is perfectly suited for this position! In her spare time, Samantha loves to go for walks with her dogs, bike rides and any other outdoor activities. She is definitely fired up to be working with Ideal Protein dieters!

The Method

There are four phases in the Ideal Protein Weight Loss Protocol. During all four Phases you will receive one-on-one coaching, teaching you how your body gains weight and what you should be eating in order to maintain a balanced weight.
